At The Aestheteco, we strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the services we provide. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the services purchased, we offer the following refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The service provided does not match the description or agreed-upon terms.
  • You have encountered significant issues or delays in the service delivery that cannot be resolved.
  • The service has not been initiated or significant work has not yet been carried out.
  • Any requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the service commencement.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the project or service has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
  • For dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or changes in your business objectives.
  • In cases where client communication delays or lack of input has contributed to the inability to deliver services on time.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide a detailed explanation of the issue or reasons for your dissatisfaction.
  • Our team will review your request and may ask for further clarification or information regarding the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will notify you via email whether the refund request has been approved or rejected. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days, and the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted depending on the extent of the work completed at the time of the refund request. We will evaluate the situation and provide a fair resolution.

5. Changes to Services

If you wish to change the scope of services after work has begun, additional charges may apply. Refunds will not be provided for services that have been altered after agreement, unless otherwise stated.
